Tent Rentals
Rental contracts are set up through email, text, or phone.
Rentals are not booked unless rental documents are signed, and returned to our office. We recommend booking rentals as far in advance as possible. Rental requests within 2 weeks of an event are considered short notice, and are often not possible to accommodate.
We offer a large variety of event tents for rental. We also offer rental of utility lighting (photo below) for an additional fee, and sidewall to enclose the sides of the tents. Our rental service area includes all of Arkansas, as well as our neighboring states. *Please note, mileage fees will apply.

We offer both frame, and pole tents for rental, or purchase. Shown below are examples of both, and information to help you decide which option is right for your event. Please click here for more information on purchasing new tents.
Frame Tents
Frame tents are our smaller sized rental tents, and come in solid white, blue & white stripe, or red & white stripe. Our smallest frame tent, is a 10'x10', which covers a 100 sq. foot area. The largest frame tent available is a 20'x50', however, more than one frame tent can be placed together to cover a larger area.

10'x10' frame tent. Rental $192.50 + tax, for 1-3 days (1 day minimum) (prices are subject to change) *mileage fee not included
Seating capacity: 12 with chairs only, 6-8 with a table & chairs. *Please note tables & chairs are not included in the tent rental price.
20'x20' frame tent. Rental $363.00 + tax, for 1-3 days (1 day minimum) (prices are subject to change) *mileage fee not included
Seating capacity: 55 with chairs only, 28 with tables & chairs. *Please note tables & chairs are not included in the tent rental price.
20'x40' frame tent. Rental $605.00 + tax, for 1-3 days (1 day minimum) (Prices are subject to change) *mileage fee not included
Seating capacity: 115 with chairs only, 59 with tables & chairs. *Please note tables & chairs are not included in the tent rental price.
Frame tents do not have any support poles in the center, unlike pole tents. All support poles are located along the perimeter of the tent. The standard height of the tent perimeter is 7 ft. The support poles are set into concrete blocks, and for safety, our frame tents are also anchored with water barrels (for an additional fee), or staked down (stake holes can be filled at take down, for a small fee). A frame tent is a good option for a customer that is purchasing a tent, and prefers to handle their own setup. Frame tents anchored with water barrels are not recommended for long term setup, due to lower wind resistance. Sidewall is available for an additional fee. Pole Tents
Pole tents are our larger sized rental tents, and also come in solid white, blue/white stripe, or red/white stripe. The standard height of the tent perimeter is 7 ft. Pole tents are available in 30 ft., 40 ft., and 60 ft. widths. We can add as much length as is needed, usually in 10' increments.

40'x60' pole tent rents for $1,680.00 + tax, for 1-7 days (1 day minimum) (Prices are subject to change) *mileage fees not included
Seating capacity: 340 with chairs only, 160 with tables & chairs.*Please note tables & chairs are not included in the tent rental price.
60'x120' pole tent rents for $5,040.00 + tax, for 1-7 days (1 day minimum) (prices are subject to change)
Seating capacity: 1,028 with chairs only, 480 with tables & chairs. *Please note tables & chairs are not included in the tent rental price.
Pole tents are anchored with stakes, or screw anchors, driven into the ground. This makes them more resistant to wind, and are a better choice for long term setup. Pole tents can be installed on asphalt or concrete areas, but the stakes will leave holes; which our crew can fill upon take down for a nominal fee. Optional sidewall is offered with no extra charge with our pole tent rentals. Pole tents have support poles located inside the perimeter of the tent, and require a 5' area of clearance around the outer edge to allow for staking. It is the customer's responsibility to call 811, and have any underground utilities clearly marked, before we arrive for set up. Photos of some of our pole tents are posted below.
